    TAHSIN

Tahsin is the activity of correcting and beautifying the reading of the Al-Qur’an in accordance with the correct rules of recitation. The word “tahsin” comes from the Arabic ḥassana–yuḥassinu which means to repair or beautify. In tahsin learning, a Muslim is trained to be able to read the Koran correctly, clearly, tartly, and maintain the makhraj letters and their properties.

The main aim of tahsin is that the reading of the Al-Qur’an is in accordance with what was taught by Rasulullah SAW, as well as being a worship full of rewards. With tahsin, a Muslim can be more devoted to reading, appreciating and understanding the meaning of the Al-Qur’an.

The pillars of ablution are the essential parts of the ablution procedure that must be performed for it to be valid. If any of the pillars is omitted, the ablution is not considered complete. According to Islamic law, there are six main pillars of ablution, namely:

    1. Intention – the intention to perform ablution for Allah SWT.

2.Washing the face – the entire face from the hairline to the chin, and from the right ear to the left ear.

3.Washing both hands up to the elbows – starting with the right hand and then the left.

4.Washing part of the head – simply wiping a small section of the head with water.

5.Washing both feet up to the ankles – starting with the right foot and then the left.

6.Orderly – performed in the prescribed order.

By performing these pillars of ablution correctly, a Muslim can worship with a pure heart and a clean body.
